CourtScan / privacy

Your workspace stays with you.

CourtScan has no enabled accounts, analytics, external trackers or payment flow.

Local drafts and saved rules

Workspace inputs stay in browser memory until you explicitly save a draft on this device or export it. Saved drafts and watchlists use browser localStorage. They are not uploaded to CourtScan by this application, encrypted by the application or synchronized across devices.

Use the workspace delete control to remove a saved draft and Saved & updates to delete saved rule baselines. Clear the workspace to erase the active tab’s inputs. Browser site settings can also clear local data. Exported files remain wherever you save them and must be deleted separately.

Requests and external sources

The site fetches its public court and guide datasets from the hosting service. The hosting provider may process request information such as IP address, browser information and request logs. This page does not promise a hosting retention period. Following an external source link takes you to another provider with its own practices.

Use on shared devices

Avoid entering sensitive or identifying client information. Other users or software with access to your browser profile may be able to read local storage and downloaded files. Private browsing and browser storage policies can prevent saving or erase saved data.
